Kentucky State Police Promotions:
The Kentucky State Police announced the promotion of 31 officers at a special ceremony held at the Kentucky History Center in Frankfort. One colonel, three lieutenant colonels, four majors, five captains, seven lieutenants and 11 sergeants were commissioned.
